Gail Clough of BACS PROGRAM made a promise to get rid of me by murder, psych ward permanency or jail when Gail's only position was the Housing Coordinator to assist me with leads to housing for me to be stable again in 2020. Instead of Gail Clough doing her job Gail Clough made a promise to the Sacramento Orchestrated predators of Terrorism Entrapment Misogynistic Stalking Harassment of Physical & Sexual Assaults Assassination of my Character that also led to the murder of my son Jason & Gail Clough is the key predator in killing my son by entering the rehabilitation facility in Sacramento, CA and poisoned my son to die instantly. Since 2020 up to now Gail Clough and BACS PROGRAM has been in coercion of terrorism over my life. Gail Clough and BACS PROGRAM have falsified legal documents regarding me and my mental status, Gail Clough & BACS PROGRAM have created & are paying impersonators to display there identity as me, Eboni Reid & are appearing in court as such. Gail Clough & BACS PROGRAM orchestrated their male clients to continuously assault me physically & sexually in exchange for housing from BACS PROGRAM. Gail Clough has also orchestrated not only her co workers Raquel Clark, Rachel, Phyllis to assist her in killing me for Tesla cars, drugs and community sexual favors from the owners of Moe's Mobile in Sacramento CA who are Steve & Nicholas Collins & Maurice Gaston, Sr. Gail also has orchestrated the company Home Rise, CEO Janet & Ramesha Cash to also assist Gail Clough & BACS PROGRAM in physical & sexual assaults, entrapment, misogynistic terrorism, stalking and harassment of my housing wherever I live, my employment wherever I may work, my social life which they have & are still paying men to try to solicit sex from me in hopes that they can set me up on a prostitution case and/or infecting me with sexual disease's. These predators listed above are continuing to stalk and terrorize my life up til this day in the year 2025 when I had exited the BACS PROGRAM November 1, 2022 without receiving any transitional housing, Emergency section8 or any type of stable housing from the BACS PROGRAM tha I qualified for with the medical conditions that I have; 2 heart attack's which the second one was forcefully inflicted by Gail Clough & Nina Church of Goldie's Place who is also a partner in crimes of Gail Clough to torture & terrorize me a heterosexual woman that has been celibate for over two years. These vulture ass predator pervert broads orchestrated break in's of my housing & recording me getting in and out of shower's and/or having sex with a man of my choice. Gail Clough has orchestrated me being detained in psych ward holds over twenty times between the years of 2020-2022 to avoid me being present to assist my son with his medical conditions that were a curable cancer and now that she is accessory to killing my son in the Sacramento, CA Cancer Rehabilitation facility to make sure he would never recover in hopes that I would self-destruct myself. March 23, 2024 Gail Clough had her co-workers & client's stalk me to the Golden Gate Bridge Ocean to take pictures of where my son's ashes were placed in the water & to taunt me with laughing at the fact that they killed my son & are getting away with the murder & terrorism. Gail has Orchestrated guys being involved with my twin daughters to keep them brain washed manipulated not to have contact with me at all which blew up in a fight at the burial that made me call the police in San Francisco, CA on them and later that day on Gail Clough in Berkeley, CA where she stalked & taunted me at Adeline Way by Ashby Bart Station in hopes that I would mentally break & physically jump on her so she could use her position to finally get me locked up, but no I called the law, I took photos of her & the three male client's of her's that she called up to the store to physically assault me for her in exchange for housing that she had placed them in. I filed a restraining order against Gail Clough & that eyeball was a NO SHOW May 9, 20 & June 20, 2024 in Alameda County Courts of Hayward, CA. Ramesha Cash appeared in San Francisco County Courts March 8, 2024 & I was told to file grievances against all CEO'S of everyone in coercion with the Terrorism Entrapment Misogynistic Stalking Harassment against me because Ramesha appeared with my property manager Helen Medina, Shannon the stalker from Home Rise & another Home Rise employee man that they had stalking me at my jobs. Ramesha Cash was to appear with her CEO Janet Jackson Cash & Ama'Janae in court & those two were NO SHOW
This place sucks. They dont care about the employees or the residents. The employees of the building make the building go round but Homerise dont make sure they have parking at the building they work at . They must park on the street because the parking in the building is for the higher ups that never even come to the building. The RSC AND RSTL must find parking and pray our cars dont get broke into while the higher up the folks that make the big bucks have parking in every building so they can be comfortable. The workers are working with bad mice conditions and residents are waking up with mice in their beds and the higher up are worried about parking. I want to talk to the people funding this place to let them know from the inside this place need to be cleaned out from the head department.

Home rise isn't that like they claim. You've got staff who steal rent money. You have some who cheat the company in other ways. Things are rarely fixed correctly. They reword some residents for bad behavior. They barely do their jobs and they are two faced. They'll knowingly let someone get on or in a motor vehicle right after or while smoking narcotics. They'll let certain residents steal from there supplies. The Essex hotel has been without any fire alarm system for over a month now. There are fines piled up on the company from the city and there's about to be more. They are rude and use any excuse for a day off or vacation. Their nosey and they will lie even after they have Ben caught. There's been so many deaths I would not be surprised if their were being investigated. They only care for them selves.
They steal and use peoples personal information for illegal things. This company is truly a slum lord. However there are a few employees that are honest surprisingly!!!!!
Do not rent with them specially at684ellis st. The Essex Essex hotel. They will go past the three to five day mark before wellness checks. They also do not follow the advanced notice before working on or entering ones unit along with letting another resident in another residents unit. They don't clean a unit at all or very good before renting it out. They are under stafted and do less and less for the residents. Home rise used to be chp. But just changed third name this year and their all ready broke and out of money. They also spend the money given to them by the city on them selves or buy things and sell them and pocket their earnings.
They also somehow collect rent money from past residents who no longer live there.

I hope community Housing CEO and dedicated donors and volunteers will give their direction support confidence and necessary leadership to make a home to my smallest family in the world. Expect community Housing grant at the earliest possible.
I worked at Community Housing Partnership for almost five years, and grow my professional careen with the organization grow. I am a stronger believer of Housing is a Human Right. Community Housing Partnership’s mission is go beyond he clients security housing by helping with client achieve self-sufficiency. I am very excited to be part of CHP as part of the social change, when I hear our client’s success stories.
Having just completed my first year at CHP, I can say that it is truly an amazing place to work. The combination of talented, resourceful, and creative individuals, a solid mission and focus on clients, and and a no-drama environment where people are hard-working and dedicated to giving their best in support of a greater purpose all resonate greatly for me. Not without its external and internal challenges, CHP is committed to working in concert with community partners and City offices to change the trajectory for homeless individuals in SF and eradicate poverty as a social injustice.
Housing is a right. Community Housing Partnership embodies this belief by providing quality housing with supportive services for the formerly homeless. It is inspiring to see how many lives of our residents have changed for the better with the support of our agency. I am proud to work at an organization that is addressing homelessness in San Francisco in an empathetic, solution-centric way.
Community Housing Partnership provides high quality supportive housing and services which helps formerly homeless individuals and families stabilize and meet their goals. CHP staff are dedicated to their work and creative in their approaches. Feedback loops with clients are incorporated to continually improve services.
I've worked at CHP since 2004. CHP started as a project of the Coalition On Homelessness and Council of Community Housing Organizations about 25 years ago. I'm proud to help build on that foundation and watch residents take leadership roles in Community Organizing work. From the Janitors to the Directors, I'm also inspired by my co-workers who put in the hours to help hundreds of people exit homelessness.
This local organization is cutting edge in finding ways to house and serve individuals experiencing homelessness. Currently, they house over 1400 individuals and families who have experience homelessness and are looking to help each person reach self-sufficiency. Nationally, success in supportive housing is measured by housing retention, but Community Housing Partnership is beginning to measure success differently - they want to help its residents move beyond supportive housing to less service enriched settings. It's an honor to be a part of an organization that is not only providing a great service to SF residents, but also envisioning a new future for Supportive Housing nationally!
A pioneer through-and-through. When temporary shelters weren't enough, CHP sprang up - of and by the people - to create a solution to the homelessness crisis by building and operating dignified housing, then integrating it with onsite services. When supportive housing wasn't quite enough, it created yet another solution by launching job training programs, including a social enterprise that gives folks a fair shot at re/entering the labor force. Now, knowing that supportive housing shouldn’t be the end-goal for folks that have overcome homelessness and want to move forward with their lives, CHP is crafting a new paradigm to equip folks with the opportunities to seize their own solutions. A truly empowering force like none-other. Champion their cause like I do, and join the solution(s).
San Francisco is a beautiful city and homelessness is a visible problem that we witness everyday. As a young professional living in the city, one of the things I can do to help is finding the best organization that passionately works toward solving the problem and supporting its mission. CHP is a service based organization that uses supportive housing as a platform to help homeless in our city, and I believe that my donation is putting to good use. Thanks CHP for doing the great work for the city I love and the people in need!
Homelessness is a crushing problem in San Francisco and CHP is one of the most important organizations trying to help.
As an intern in their transitional employment social enterprise, I was impressed by their dedication to their work, the business acumen with which they operated, and, most importantly, the relationships they emphasized with their clients and staff.
CHP has a suite of holistic services that requires incredible thought and care to coordinate and get right. From the case managers working in buildings to financial analysts in headquarters, the uniform dedication to the mission is stunning and rare to find.
It's been a great honor to be a volunteer for CHP. Over the past year I've had this amazing opportunity to watch closer what an amazing job these guys do! Helping homeless people not only to have a better opportunity in life, but also helping them shine, showing their talents and become stars.
I'm excited for all that this honorable leadership and staff has still to conquer in the future.
Vanessa Buiatte.
As a long-term resident of San Francisco, it is an honor to contribute to its betterment by serving on CHP’s Board.
CHP is a service organization that offers holistic solutions addressing homelessness. CHP provides supportive housing as well as comprehensive job training and placement services, setting up its residents to reach self-sufficiency, independence, and transform their lives.
I admire the work CHP’s committed leadership and staff have been doing for 25+ years and am excited about its future.
I've been volunteering at CHP for about a year now and have been very impressed by everyone's passion for their mission and how well the staff works together. The services they provide to those in need are tremendous. Their care, concern and passion can be seen in everything they do.
It is inspiring to serve on the Board of CHP. I am able to witness the explicit dedication of the leadership team and staff, and the passion they collectively bring to bear to deliver on the important mission of the organization. Homelessness is a visible, longstanding problem in San Francisco, so it is particularly heartening to be a part of an organization that delivers a suite of solutions to what is often times seen as an intractable issue. Using housing as a foundation – which they develop and manage – they provide a comprehensive network of services, including job training and placement programs, to set individuals and families on a pathway to success. I could not be prouder to be part of such a worthy cause.
Community Housing Partnership stands out among the many nonprofits in San Francisco because of its far-reaching vision—to provide housing for homeless San Franciscans and at the same time to offer holistic support services that give residents a chance to stabilize their lives, to succeed in making new lives, often to find and keep jobs. CHP helps residents to become self-sufficient, provides social enterprise and job training, and does community organizing, which allows residents to voice their concerns and desires. CHP is effective because it focuses on transforming lives, not providing temporary solutions. The staff at CHP are smart and compassionate and absolutely dedicated to carrying out that vision.
It is so gratifying to have a chance to volunteer at CHP. I’ve long wanted to do some small thing to help the homeless in San Francisco, and CHP provides a wonderful opportunity because they’ve developed an approach that works.
Community Housing Partnership was a pioneer in their field when they began 25+ years ago and remains one of the most innovative and effective organizations ending homelessness in San Francisco.
As a housing developer, they've created some gorgeous buildings that provide dignity and hope to residents. I am also encouraged by the quality of care and support provided to clients & residents by the support services staff. CHP is holistic and addresses the underlying issues that cause those who've experienced homelessness to end up back on the street.
I admire their work and look forward to seeing what they build over the next few years as they continue to roll out the strategic plan they put together recently. It's a testament to their commitment to learning, evaluation, and efficacy! :)
I was engaged on a 3-month project as interim controller and had the opportunity to know the Senior Management Team and worked closely with each member. My role was to observe and recommend the best practices to meet the expanding needs of CHP. Its noble mission is reaping rewards and recognitions. The Executive Team is sincere and loyal to CHP's mission of providing decent affordable housing to former homeless in San Francisco
I will not forget and will be supportive.
San Francisco has a huge number of non-profits, most of which I'm sure are helpful. I can honestly say that the Community Housing Partnership has touched me & my my daughter through it's work with our closest friends & neighbors. My daughter was in the 2009 Talent show with 5 classmates/clients. This year my daughters best friend from school (since kindergarten) was in the Talent Show and their group took 1st place! Another friend and her 2 year old daughter have a safe place to live thanks to the Community Housing Partnership. Whatever it is they are doing is working. I have another neighbor interning, training to go to work! Keep it up!
Community Housing Partnership makes a tremendous difference in the lives of the residents it serves. Their housing and services make it possible for people to move beyond homelessness and gain jobs and hope. I have interacted with CHP tenants and have been inspired by their personal tales of overcoming challenges in their lives, and the stability and *dignity* that they have gained through living in CHP buildings and participating in their programs.
At its core, Community Housing Partnership is a community-based organization that provides permanently affordable housing and essential support services for some of the most disadvantaged single adults and families living in San Francisco. I have worked with CHP staff over the past five years, and I am always impressed by their hard work, thoughtfulness and dedication to serving formerly homeless men, women and children in their portfolio of supportive housing properties.
I've watched Community Housing Partnership grow over the years, opening new buildings and providing homes for more and more needy San Franciscans. I've been a donor to CHP for many years, and I increasingly feel that my money each year is supporting an agency that really knows what they're doing, is very good at creating innovative solutions, and that is really making a difference in the crisis of homelessness in this city.
I have been impressed with how Community Housing Partnership involves the surrounding neighbors in their projects. I live near a project and was skeptical of them taking our input and incorporating it into their project; however, now that the building is open it has become a welcome addition to our neighborhood.
I have been a faithful donor to Community Housing Partnership for the past several years. Their ability to address the problem of homelessness by engaging people on a personal level is second to none. The organization has also demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships in the neighborhoods where they build housing. I've felt my investment in this organization has been rewarded far more than I expected.
Community Housing Partnership is an amazing organization that reaches people who might otherwise have no options for housing or support. Community Housing Partnership combines the tangible aspect of housing with the less tangible aspect of tenant services and support, melding the two to create an organization unlike any other!
I worked for CHP for 14 years, and had the unique pleasure of helping to grow the organization from an idea into a reality. I will never forget the night we bought our first building for housing - a friend and I spent the night hugging the building and rejoicing that we were now real estate holders! CHP has been real in its attempts to credate and maintain safe, permanent and affordable housing in a very expensive city, and to integrate supportive services and employment oppotunities into the housing. This has resulted in many low-income, homeless people being able to end their personal homelessness and poverty for long periods of time or forever! CHP treats homeless people and its tenants with extraordinary respect and in turn tenants have taken great pride in preserving the housing and also working as staff or helping to build the housing. CHP is a true community devlopment corporation who truly prioritizes the well-being of low-income individuals in the San Francisco area. In order to represent this well-being CHP includes tenants and homeless people in every aspect of the organization, including on the Board of Directors. I love the CHP and will forever be honored to have been a part of its wonderful history!
I have known and worked with CHP for about 15 years now. As housing and service proders I believe they serve the community at its best. Throughout the years CHP has a proven record of assisting people from the community become and stay employed and also provide a good quality place to call home. It's keping the organizations creative minds and souls that leads to such success.
Community Housing Partnership showed me that they do great work and are a cost effective way to end homeless. They combine housing and service, getting folks off the street and into a home of their own. They provide employment services and counseling. They are great organization.
Community Housing Partnership is one of the best nonprofit organizations I have encountered in my 20+ years in the sector. They have an unprecendented success rate of 98% in keeping formerly homeless people in permanent housing. The Community Housing Partnership also demonstrates incredible integrity in how it uses its resources. This integrity is also evident in the advocacy and organizing work done by this amazing organization.
Community Housing Partnership has been at the forefront of this country's efforts to provide solutions to homelessness for 20 years. And as CHP works to create pioneering and effective solutions for families and individuals who have endured homelessness, they remain true to their advocacy for the rights and well being of some of our country's most disenfranchised citizens. I am proud to support this courageous organization and its work to create a model for ending homelessness.
