I cannot speak highly enough about the incredible work of Homeless Military Veterans. Their unwavering dedication to supporting our veterans who have fallen on hard times is nothing short of inspiring. This nonprofit goes above and beyond to provide not just shelter, but a renewed sense of hope and dignity to those who have served our country selflessly. What truly sets Homeless Military Veterans apart is their holistic approach to tackling the multifaceted issues faced by homeless veterans. They don't just provide temporary housing; they create a supportive community that fosters healing, rehabilitation, and a path toward long-term stability. Their tireless efforts to transform lives extend beyond the basic needs of shelter and sustenance. From counseling services to job placement assistance, educational programs to mental health support, Homeless Military Veterans leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that our veterans receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique circumstances. I've seen firsthand the positive impact they've made in the lives of countless veterans in our community. Through their compassion, dedication, and innovative programs, they're not just offering a handout; they're offering a hand up. Every dollar donated to this organization goes directly toward making a tangible difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our country. Kudos to Homeless Military Veterans for their relentless commitment to honoring and supporting our veterans. They are an exemplary beacon of hope and a shining example of what true community support looks like.
Very good , and hands on I had spent around 2-3 hours handing out homeless necessities and interacted and heard from a few folk , just a very great organization.
This program is hands down one of the best , I have seen on many occasions they go above and beyond to help the homeless veterans in anyway possible . Keep up the awesome work
Be careful of this organization. I was given this RV. Looks fine (it's very dated) but a major fixer upper. I was given a link and asked to leave a good review which I did cause I was grateful at first. It's been a month now. All kinds of problems exist still with this RV. Still no hot water. The water lines back up. The stove works when it wants. On one occurrence there was a huge fireball that singed off my hair over my body and face. The oven when I attempted to use it was give me a major headache. Damn thing never turned on. The microwave sparks and some much smoke fills the entire RV when in use. There's no gas line for propane tanks. So how this RV has gas is still a mystery. The AC/Heater went the next after moving in. I have three outlets now only one outlet is operational. I don't believe they inspected this RV at all just got the keys and passed it out for tax rights offs. I was better off leaving in a hotel room. Since then I have changed my 5 star review to a 1 star review and now the harassment from the charity representative came. Since then Kelly Hall is now trying to evict me. First illegally on December 18th around 9PM. He has a tow truck company come out to the property and tell me that I'm evicted and I needed to get out immediately. I asked to see the repo paperwork but was never shown the paperwork so I called the police. I am continuously being harassed by this charity because of a bad review!
To the comment posted. Sir you mention Joe a person who has no affiliation with your organization. He is your boss for a company that has no affiliation with your company. He helped me out because he knows me. Yet you want to take credit that your organization took care of it. Now you harass me because I spoke my mind. What kind of charity do you run? Watch out for this charity. Give them a one star and they coming out for you

You received the RV because we understood you were facing challenges while staying in a hotel due to financial constraints. When Joe and I visited, the stove and hot water were functional. Joe even covered the expenses for an electrician to address the issues you raised. However, it's crucial to clarify that your current predicament isn't due to any fault of ours. We empathize with your struggles but cannot overlook the circumstances created within the RV. The situation seems to deteriorate, and we're concerned about the state of the place. We strongly encourage you to consider seeking help, as substance use might be impacting your well-being and surroundings. Rehab could be a valuable step toward regaining control and moving forward positively.

A truly outstanding organization that deserves all the recognition and support it can get.

Having had the privilege of knowing the founder of this nonprofit, Kelly, I can attest to his unwavering dedication to our homeless veteran community. No challenge is too big for Kelly; he conquers obstacles with unyielding perseverance. Kelly isn't just a remarkable leader, he's an incredible friend. HMV CEO Kelly Hall's fearless and persistent response to EVERY call for help is truly amazing among the many nonprofits I have worked with in my 30-year professional career. When callers find full waiting lists and/or unanswered help lines with other local homeless providers, HMV usually meets requests fully within 24 hours or less. This organization has consistently grown its donors and # of clients served over the past 7 years of Outreach operations. Many impactful years are ahead as the organization moves to establish dedicated home ownership options and additional permanent affordable housing for homeless veterans in the OKC region.
Homeless Military Veterans is an amazing organization always out in the streets helping those in need not only feeding out homeless veterans but others in the homeless community helping with hygiene packets blankets and other items needed
What the homeless military veterans charity does for the homeless veterans is awesome. They helped my veteran uncle get a wheelchair when no one else would. Thank you guys!
I have come across homeless veterans out in the community. Whether they were at a shelter, out in an encampment, or wandering lost on the street; I contact Homeless Military Veterans and they send a volunteer out right away to help them. I appreciate not only their service to our country, but also how they give back to the community, even beyond fellow veterans❤️
This non- profit is amazing! They never turn anyone away, they always are helping out our vets but not only them but the community as a whole. I wish more non- profits were like this one.
Most people don't know what it's like to be a homeless Veteran they see you on the streets as they drive by they think you're a panhandler begging for money to buy drugs or alcohol but there are some 35 to 39% that do need the money for help. Homeless Military Veterans Organization is a good place I found my way there by pure luck back in 2015. It's a starting point for people that have lost their home lost their way have no one to turn to this is where they can go to get help 5 days a week Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. this is where they can get help department of human services social security make free phone calls clean up take meals at lunch time and breakfast and maybe a little bit of supply there is another place they can go to also and that's the Jesus center located in Sheridan nearby Jesus house they can get clothes there on certain days if they don't have clothes. They can also get a hot meal there at lunch time and dinner time
The staff, and all who contribute to this organization, are very dedicated to helping people in need.love being a part of this organization.
Provides a place in doors out of the many different weather conditions we experience, helps with food, social workers, allows a mailing address. The Staff go above and beyond and are will to assist in anyway possible to help you become self sufficient.
really helped me a lot when I felt like their wasn't another option they helped me find housing and a place to call home
This is an amazing organization that works tirelessly to do everything within their power to help homeless veterans find shelter, food, and ultimately get in the path to permanent home ownership. They care about each one of our veterans and do everything they can to accomplish their mission. With more support and funding, the possibilities to work to eradicate homeless veterans is possible!
