Mission: The mission of the Homeless Assistance Leadership Organization (HALO) is to provide a pathway to self‐sufficiency for those experiencing homelessness in Racine County.
Results: HALO Inc. has served in its 10 years over 8,200 individuals and families, with over 2,200 moving into stable housing out of our programs.

Programs: emergency food, clothing, shelter, transitional, and permanent housing, and supportive services through a collaborative structure that effectively coordinates services, shares information, increases funding, and eliminates duplication and gaps in services.
