Mission: To provide a trade association for the real estate construction industry by promoting fellowship, encouraging quality of construction and ethical business relationships among the members of the industry.
Programs: Exempt purpose of the dues expense was to pay the national and state dues of the home builder's associations for the members and provide programs and activities to promote the home building industry.
purpose of the parade of homes was to promote new homes, the residential industry, new home technology, participating builders and affiliated trade partners to potential new home buyers. The event showcased 80 new homes representing 20 home building companies. Estimated daily attendance was 50 potential new home buyers.
mame awards are presented annually in recognition of sales, marketing, design and building excellence in new home construction. These prestigious awards are given to builders, developers, remodelers, sales agents and associations who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements in 2016. In 2017, 244 individuals and firms received awards for their achievements in the new home and remodeling industries.
tradeshows, meetings, education and other programs are sponsored for the purpose of creating interest in housing and to present and educate the trade and public of current building methods, materials and related products.
