I actually fit several categories under "role" as I was a volunteer for the week, a donor and a Professional with Expertise in the Field. My organization sponsored a dozen youth to participate and each and every one of them had a life changing experience!!!! The compassion and dedication of the leadership and each and every volunteer that came up that mountain is unparalleled.

Youth leave with a sense of hope and purpose and many incredible skills and experiences they would never have otherwise. THANK YOU, HOLLYWOOD HEART for all you do!!

This incredible charity organizes an annual arts summer camp for young adults impacted by HIV/AIDS, where young adults can learn about different careers in the arts of: acting, creative writing, culinary arts, documentary filmmaking, fashion, music, and visual arts. After practicing their skills for the week, the participants then get to perform their new talents during a live stage show to culminate the week. I strongly recommend you volunteer, you'll be glad you did.

It was nice to meet everyone at the camp! I am SO happy to
have been a part of this event! I only wish I could have done more! :)
I love the mission of this organization and would love to participate
in future event and programs as much as I can while I'm still in
school and certainly more thereafter.
