They have millions in the bank yet no improvements in facility in so many years I can't even count. While there I tried to get special discounts, free spay days, community education...anything to help the community. Never allowed. They have more revenue than any other similar "non profit" yet does nothing to help the community. This is hard for me to say since my own grandmother founded this 501c3 but do not donate.
