Mission: Hcva is a private, nonpartisan, tax-exempt organization established in 1967 to assist hispanics to successfully integrate into society, benefit from its many opportunities and freedoms and to develop the skills to succeed and give back to their communities and the wider society.
Programs: Community access services - provide information, referrals and assist low and moderate income hispanics to meet their basis needs and access services that improve their quality of life and put them on a path to self-sufficiency and well-being.
home ownership and financial literacy- provide clients with the tools and knowledge to make sound financial decisions, become sustaining homeowners, prevent foreclosures and be successful participants of the mainstream economy.
immigration legal assistance and citizenship - assist hispanics and their families to adjust their status and to pursue and obtain permanent residency and citizenship to achieve economic and social intergration.
