I have been trying for 4 months calling 3 to 4 times a month leaving a message on his hand sanctuary phone and they said they'll return my call I never got a phone call returned I'm wanting to get my dog spayed finally I call and get somebody on the phone and asked about having it done they told me call back in 2 months I tried to explain to them that I've been calling for 4 months leaving messages and not got a call back instantaneously they told me or if you don't like our type of service then go somewhere else and hang up the phone this is a very rude place very rude people running it I've got no intentions on ever doing business with these people no longer I will find another place and I advise everybody else to do the same I email my advice to state to go in and expect this place very closely and closing down I live close by and what I've heard I believe they need clothes down
