Programs: Leadership development training and activities engaging 300 people to increase the civic participation of more than 1000 residents through relationship building, identification of community concerns, individual and small group conversations, network development, identification of professional experts and partners, research of best practices, and increased cooperation and relationship building among diverse multicultural, interracial and interfaith communities in hillsborough county, florida.

Built collaborative community relationships to develop and initiate implementation of a plan with potential funding that will increase available and accessible decent housing for families at 50% and below the area median income thereby reducing housing cost burdens, increasing self-sufficiency and stability, keeping children in school, and preventing homelessness.
