Causes: Sports, Winter Sports
Mission: The mission of the highland park giants hockey association is to provide an enjoyable, educational and competitive hockey experience for highland park high school students who are interested in playing high school hockey. Student athletes participate in a program that promotes learning and skill development, while fostering an environment of inclusiveness, teamwork and sportsmanship.
Programs: Sponsored a varsity and 2 junior varsity hockey teams in the illinois high school hockey league.
provided on ice practice sessions for each hockey team on an ongoing basis throughout the season.
provided coaching and other general administrative and management aspects to both teams.
