Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Here We Grow Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to meeting the needs of children and families residing in disadvantaged communities. Our mission includes healing economic disparities plaguing at-risk communities in an effort to rebuild and support upward economic movement-One Step At A Time! Our special areas of concern include Safety, Health and Wellness, Education, and Economic Opportunity.
Results: We have been fundraising and seeking funding and donations in an effort to begin offering services to children and families in Pinellas County beginning January 7, 2013. Our biggest priority is filling the growing diaper need and being able to distribute diapering supplies to families experiencing this need beginning January 7, 2013.
Target demographics: Low Income Children and Families residing in Pinellas County, Florida.
Geographic areas served: Pinellas County Florida--Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Pinellas Park, etc.
Programs: The HWG Foundation, Inc. Diaper Bank The HWG Foundation, Inc. Mother's Bucket Program The HWG Foundation, Inc. College Placement, Financial Aid and Career Counseling Program.
