Started HOG (Helping One Guy)in 2012.Never planner or thought it would grow like it has,We do a dinner every other Month,for a man going thru a life changing Crisis.We started small (42 people)We have had as many as (386) an ave.about (135).Here is what we the (Board).love.100% of the money raised goes to our Honoree.Nobody on the Board receive a dime.We have raised over 200 hundred thousand dollars in this time.

I have been so very proud to be a volunteer, as well as a member of the Board for several years. Helping One Guy (H.O.G.) receives nominations from the community for a "guy" who is in need due to a life-changing situation (health problems, financial hardship due to medical expenses & such). H.O.G. gives 100% of all funds donated directly to the recipient. It is such a humbling & inspirational experience to see the love and support from the community for these individuals.

I'm a friend of the founder.To see what he has done with this Ministry is Awesome.People and family have flown in from out of town,for these events.From a 911 Survivor,to a person who lost a leg in a car accident.2020 like for so many advents,they had to cancel all but two.Knowing Bob they will be back strong in 2021.

I have been associated with Helping One Guy as a board member for three years. This non profit picks a deserving man every other month for a dinner to raise funds to assist this person who has been struck by hardship or illness. The organization also provides spiritual lifting in their time of need. One hundred percent of monies collected are given to the recipient.
With the assistance of all of our sponsors we have helped many recipients and their families in their time of need.

Bob Kelly and Helping One Guy are a Godsend to the Kennesaw/Acworth community. The work they do and the money donated are changing lives and giving hope. HOG dinners not only provide financial support to the honoree, they provide a spiritual outlet and assurance to the community that we all can make a difference. I'm proud to be part of such a loving faith based organization.

I am involved with HOG through the founder and friends of the organization. Over the past years of my involvement I have seen HOG provide emotional and community support for some extraordinary folks fighting for their lives - in many forms. The personal touch of so many folks pulling together to support and help one person at a time, all of whom are confronted with life changing events, is incredibly uplifting. Simply said "It's amazing to be a part of making a difference - big or small!"

I am the Vice President of the Board for Helping One Guy...and have been with Helping One Guy for the past 5 years. My experience has been so rewarding as we are helping people who are experiencing a life crisis with love and financial support. It is such a great feeling to attend these Helping One Guy events knowing that we are making a difference. The CEO of Helping One Guy is Bob Kelly and he inspires me daily with his vision on how to help people in the community in need. The best thing about Helping One Guy is that 100% of all donated money goes directly to the person in need!
