Working as a volunteer with the organization has broadened my ways of reasoning. I can now see that everything in life is not about money, gifts or applause. I am happy with what I do by helping the adults in my vicinity. Before now, I don’t know how to cook GOOD food, but mingling with other volunteers has made me to know a lot of things amongst are cooking. Thanks HHFTE for giving me the opportunity to volunteer. My aged father was suffering from dementia and depression solely because of loneliness. We have tried about two adults’ homes but all to no avail. A family friend introduced us to the organization and what we saw and experienced wow us the children. We thought the organization was just like the hyped homes we have taken him too but two months therein changed him as he can now recognize and take decisions for himself unlike before. Thanks for what you are doing for free. John A
Helping hands for elderly adults has been a blessing to our family as a whole. Before now, my aged parents have been suffering from loneliness and always feel our absence. With the advent of helping hands for the elderly adults the boredom disappears, they now associate in church and their group meetings. Thanks for helping us out. Fantastic job you are doing. Sharon J.
