Mission: Heaven's Treasure, Inc. (formerly Help A Child Foundation), founded in 2000, grew out of the need to help lighten the financial burdens on our seniors, people with disabilities, low-income families, and the homeless in Fredericksburg, Virginia and the surrounding areas. Heaven's Treasure doesn't want our elders, disabled, low-income families, or the homeless to worry any longer about the things we take for granted. Such as: Transportation, losing a home for nonpayment of their mortgage, real estate taxes, and living in a "safe harbor" at an affordable price.
