Mission: Initiate aggressive spay/neuter programs, lead local coalition efforts reducing intake and euthanasia of animals coming into local animal shelters, and rescue, rehabilitate and adopt homeless animals.

Programs: Spay/neuter programs which reduce the number of unwanted pets by preventing reproduction in high risk areas. These highly successful programs were launched since 2003 and continue to target "at risk" neighborhoods weekly.
