My Grandson Finn had a heart transplant at 6 months old. HeartWorks just isn't doing research, they are focused on A CURE for Congenital Heart Disease (CHD).
I love what they're doing and the accomplishments in finding a cure will astound you! I'm so grateful for this organization, I fully believe they will succeed and when they do, My Grandson Finn may not need another transplant.
