Programs: Village sponsorship - hearts and hope works with villages in uganda that have the appropriate leadership in place and then searches for a partnering organization in the u. S. Hearts and hope partners in the development of empowered communities with a focus on clean water, education, health and wellness and business development.
mission trips - hearts and hope directors and sponsors attend mission trips throughout the year to meet with sponsored villages, assess the status of projects and to verify that all funds sent to the villages are being properly applied to the intended educational, health, and development projects.
