Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services
Mission: Built upon an inter-faith coalition, trained volunteers of hearts and hands faith in action connect frail or vulnerable individuals in underserved communities with needed services to uphold their dignity, to improve their quality of life, to enhance their ability to live in their home of choice, and to assist their primary caregivers.
Programs: Created an interfaith volunteer program utilizing neighborhood groups to serve the needs of frail, vulnerable individuals, and their families. This allowed these individuals to remain in their homes.
