Not surprised to not find any financial data on them on GuideStar/ with the IRS. I believe this is a front for a tax shelter / money-making for the owner/ "President", Sue Gerlach. She has several kind-hearted animal lovers doing all the work and running the shelter and is never there, does not answer her phone, has voicemail turned off, does not "do" internet/ e-mail, but has kind hearted people do all of this while she reaps financial rewards. Now I know why when we discussed with our veterinary clinic who are THE best in this part of the state and super caring, will not have anything to do with this particular rescue. Sad for the animals, and those that are being suckered into donating and volunteering.
