I feel this office needs a strong look as they may be providing more resistance to public service than achieving goals. I have just a small slice of experience with them but it appears they are grossly over evaluating and over charging. I can't help but think this is a good way to make money, having a monopoly over the health board's referrals. Maybe I just had a bad experience, but probably worth a look from someone in power, in my opinion.
