Causes: Insurance Providers
Mission: To create and operate consumer operated and oriented plan (co-op) to provide healthcare coverage for individuals and small groups as qualified nonprofit health insurer under section 1322 of the affordable care act.
Programs: Offered qualified health policies through the oregon exchange and directly to consumers for coverage effective beginning january 1, 2014, but terminated all coverage as of december 31, 2015. Have been managing the run out of operations since that time.
