Rating: 2

The mission and work of this nonprofit is very important, but their senior leadership and board leadership is negatively impacting the work that they do. The leadership in the organization is not strategic, non-transparent, and on several occasions has inappropriately used donor funds and/or completely misplaced or lost track of them. While the work is important because of the population that they serve, ineffective and incompetent leadership will make it difficult for this organization to continue to be sustainable or move forward in the coming years.
