I am need to use oxygen when I walk even 25 feet or so. I use this warm water aquatic therapy pool to exercise. I walk or run on the in-water treadmill, maximize my workout by walking against the resistance of the swim jets and put my oxygen on the side of the pool. I also use the swim jets while I do the backstroke. The warmth of the water soothes my arthritic joints and my fibromyalgia. I also use their equipment to strengthen my arms and shoulders. I usually end with a water massage on my neck. I feel empowered by being able to lose weight, get stronger and have pain relief! All without the strain of carrying my oxygen supply!
