Causes: Boards of Trade
Mission: To provide engineering promotion and education to advance the continuing use of asphalt pavement and pavement treatments throughout the state of hawaii.
Programs: Hapi's activities consist primarily of various activities to educate its membership, government agencies, and design consultants, and to advance technical standards in the asphalt paving industry. During the tax year, the organization provided four workshops, totaling 521 professional development hours, attended by 148 individuals.
