It has violated code restrictions, ignored dangerous activity caused by Haven residents to local community, is untruthful, and provides little in the way of monetary help to the victims it is supposed to help. The have been collecting donations for a dog shelter amounting to over $7,000. for the past two years, and they had not even received permission from the county to build it. Their request has since been denied, so people that contributed to a dog shelter were misled. They recently tried to expand, but, because they literally violated every code they agree to in order to operate in their current location, they were denied expansion and it was even suggested that they relocate because of problems caused to the neighborhood. The manager stated she was unaware she couldn't expand when she wanted to without seeking permission.
