Mission: HALO is dedicated to the survival and care of Havanese. We will endeavor to rescue any Havanese discovered in intolerable conditions. These dogs come from owner surrenders and puppy mill auctions. Our goal is to save one Havanese at a time and insure it has a safe and happy home.
