Mission: The mission of the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Child Day Care Center is to provide full-day childcare and learning opportunities for children in a secure and nurturing environment. The center pledges to serve the community by providing fully licensed care to children regardless of the families’ financial resources, race, or religious affiliation. The center’s professionally trained staff will continuously foster opportunities for the child’s physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth, with the goal of supporting children to become life-long learners.
