Mission: The mission of the center is to break the silence and heal the hurt of abuse for children and their families through prevention and early support training, interviewing, therapy, victim services, investigations, and prosecution.
Programs: Childrens advocacy the center serves approximately 600 children and their non-offending families in 7 counties in west texas. The center conducts forensic interviews and makes referrals for additional services in the community, along with assistance with crime victims compensation applications, court accompaniment, food and clothing assistance, and providing information about child care resources. The center also trained approximately 2,000 adults through the stewards of children program designed towards prevention and protection.
