For example, at one event, I helped a person who had overdosed on fentanyl. I was able to administer naloxone and revive the person. I was also able to provide them with support and information about how to stay safe in the future.
At another event, I met a person who was struggling with addiction. They were hesitant to talk about their struggles at first, but I was able to create a safe and supportive space for them to open up. I also helped them connect with resources that could provide them with ongoing support.
