Mission: Our goal is to provide a safe location for children to have contact with parents and other relatives they might not otherwise be able to maintain a relationship with due to custody litigation or other difficult family transitions. While there may be many allegations made between parents in custody litigation, Hannah's House strives to provide a neutral, non-judgmental, and respectful environment for the parents and children who use our services.
Target demographics: children in Texas whose family may be involved in custody litigation or other difficult family transitions
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 70 children were able remain in contact with their parents who they might otherwise have been unable to see.
Geographic areas served: Texas
Programs: visitation time at a safe location that is supervised by one of our trained supervisors. We also offer supervised exchanges where we provide a neutral location where parents can pick up and drop off children without having to interact directly with each other.
Horrible place to have your children supervised. Their staff is highly incompetent. None of their supervisors have been trained in anything relating to child abuse or safety of children. They do not know the codes as it pertains to the Texas Dept. of Social Services. And the Director, Bettye Stone has a very limited knowledge of anything at all except collecting money from their 'customers'. Keep your children away from this place at all costs.
