Mission: Our mission is to equip all people with survival swimming skills and water safety education to prevent drowning-related accidents.
Our vision is a world without drowning. We believe that everyone - regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, geographical location, level of education, or socioeconomic status - should have access to lifesaving survival swimming skills and water safety education. We envision a future where these skills are passed down to younger generations, instilling confidence and safety in and around water.
This organization and its volunteers have such a huge passion for water safety and it shows. Whether it’s them doing community outreach, or fundraising this organization is doing great things for the community!

It's lovely when most members in a nonprofit feel so strongly about the cause, very genuine. Offering lessons from certified instructors and hosting beautifully organized events to raise money! They are doing it right!
Lovely group of professional individuals that have a passion for giving back to their community. Between lessons and the endless amounts of information, they do absolutely all they can to inform the public!
Water safety is very important to know about, so many people have died from drowning.. and I think this foundation is very important for everyone to know and learn!
They are amazing! So patient with my child and took as much time as I needed to explain the process & answered all my questions! Just went above and beyond.
My grandson was terribly afraid of going in the pool after a traumatic experience with a group swim class at your local **** at the age of 3. He would cling and cry when we tried to just play in the shallow end of the pool.. at the end of his first 6 weeks with Hand in hand, he was confident and is now able to jump in, swim, and float.
This is a great organization that helps by getting water safety information out to the community. As well as helping with financial assistance for water safety resources.
I was amazed at how much my children learned and how well the took to these guys and listened and learned so much! We have them in the maintenance program now and I will say this group of people are not only a team working so hard for our children bc they care but they have become our family! I know without a doubt that if one of my 4 children were to find themselves in a situation where they fell into the water while no one was there or watching that they would know how to save themselves by floating on their back. Face up = life saving!!!! Thank you all for all you do!
Hand in hand water safety is amazing and they do so much to get all children skilled in ISR should they ever need to rescue them selves from falling in a body of water
