Mission: The mission of the HR Community Development Corporation is to enhance the people of the Hampton Roads community quality of life through the creation of programs that will engage senses, stimulate minds. We accomplish our mission through mentoring of youth, creation of programs that focus on education, physical and fiscal fitness and programs that promote citizenship.
Results: We envision HRCDC to be a catalyst for positive change in the Hampton Roads community. Through our efforts in the community and our devotion to youth and education, we intend to change the Hampton Roads community by developing its young people and promoting investing in your community. We want to make the Hampton Roads community a place where there is a culture that values mentoring, inspires citizenship and community service, which in turn, will encourage its citizens to open businesses here, invest in their community, create jobs, expand, and make Hampton Roads the place to be.
