Right after Thanksgiving, my car broke down and I had to make a decision of either getting my car fixed or paying my rent. I needed transportation to keep my job so I decided to get my car fixed. To make a long story short, HRCAP helped me pay my rent. Mrs. Carolyn Daugherty was very professional, making me feel at ease, when this situation made me feel embarrassed. Her encouraging words, was truly from the heart. Thank you.

I have been working with this organization for a little over 5 years. It was a company that I had always wanted to work for. I have enjoyed my job and the people that I work with. I like the fact that we are able to help so many people in our community and that they know who we are.

HRCAP is working very hard to fulfill our Mission of helping members of the community to become self-sufficient and move out of poverty with our many partners. The services offered reach from pre-birth to senior citizens. New programs offering Opioid education and domestic violence add to the viability of our community.

When my child was in Head Start forty-four years ago, the services offered to me made a major difference in my life and my children.
