Causes: Education, Parent & Teacher Groups
Mission: To support the education, health and welfare of all children and youth.
Programs: Student support/enrichment/education. Benefits to approximately 1100 students and staff. Includes student activities support, reflections art program, emergency preparations, staff appreciation, new teacher/classroom support, professional development, teacher mini-grants, teacher and counselor supplies, technical support for staff and students, visual and international arts support, academic enrichment, after-school sports uniforms, library support, grant for school counselor, and host (afterschool academic and enrichment program) support.
parent involvement/education. Benefits to approximately 1100 students and staff and the parents and guardians of students. Includes grade level events such as 8th grade promotion, international night, and pi night. Ptsa meetings which includes guest speakers and education and academic nights such as the science fair in which students and parents are included.
