Mission: Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
Results: As of October 2015, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Sacramento has completed 129 homes in the counties of Sacramento and Yolo and over 300 homes worldwide.

Direct beneficiaries per year: 9 local families and over 20 families in Nicaragua.
Geographic areas served: Sacramento & Yolo County
Programs: New home construction, weatherization, remodel, and home repair services for families in need in the Del Paso Heights ,Oak Park, West Sacramento, North Sacramento, and South Sacramento neighborhoods. Our primary program is dedicated to building homes and revitalizing neighborhoods for hardworking, low-income families in Sacramento and Yolo County. Through our tithing efforts and 10% of our unrestricted funds, we are also able to support our sister Habitat affiliate in Nicaragua to help build hope and homes abroad.
