The homeowners pay for the repairs with a no inteest note that is secured by the property with payments and terms that are affordable.
the restore is a home improvement thrift store that sells donated materials and supplies at discounted prices. The restore has three goals: 1) to raise money for the construction of more habitat for humanity houses in tulare and kings counties; 2)to divert usable material from the landfill; and 3) to make usable materials available to the public at reasonable prices.
