Mission: The following criteria is used in selecting a partner or partner family for a Habitat for Humanity house: 1. The person or persons must be presently living in sub-standard housing. 2. They must be willing to participate as a partner in building the house. Relatives and friends may help. 3. They must be able to buy the house. The price will be substantially below the market value and the loan will be interest-free. People of all races, religions, and ethnic backgrounds are considered to partnership for a house and are welcomed to serve as volunteers.
