I have worked at the HFC clinic for approximately one year, and I have been amazed at the dedication shown by not only the other volunteers, but the vets and vet techs as well. They work tirelessly, operating on as many as 25 -27 cats per session in our TNR program. The clinic spays/neuters approximately 1000 cats/year. Other members of this organization feed several feral colonies(almost 100 cats in some instances) daily, regardless of the weather, and pay for the food out of their own pockets. Other volunteers foster, and adopt out the many cats and kittens that are rescued. Again most of the expenses are paid by the volunteers.
