Habitaciones Para Latinos Association aka HPLA has helped me clear code violations, issued by the county, which were far beyond our financial & physical ability to resolve. HPLA totally replaced siding and repaired garage doors and painted the structure. They also installed a new access door for walk in. The killed off and removed dangerous poison oak which had grown up the back of our garage. All of the work and all the materials cost us nothing. The Hearns Family of Kansas City, Kansas
