Is a nonprofit organization set up to provide 24-hour habilitative care to children with mental retardation and related disabilities, many of whom are in child protective services conservatorship. The goal of the agency is to nurture the developmental growth in each child so they can reach their own potential to become productive, positive, contributing members of society. We prepare each of these children to successfully transition into family settings and reach their own developmental potential. Habilitative homes has successfully assisted in the transition of children and young adults with foster and adoptive families.
