When I saw HYPE it changed my life. It opned my eyese to everything in life. I realised life gets tough, and that it will get hard. but all you can do is move on and beleive in God. I cried I laughed and I would dp anything to see them again. ANYTHING !! they do so much for people all over the world. If they can change one life, they have the power o help the world!
I saw H.Y.P.E perform in Germany. I have never in my life been so moved to see youths so determined to improve the lives of other youth. I wish there was a group like them when I was struggling to be me in a world full of copy cats. God has blessed them with a talent beyond their years. They are changing the world one adolescent at a time.
About two months in advance i was told that a group known as HYPE would be coming to Okinawa for the first time. From what i had heard they were an excellent group of individuals zealous for communicating God's love in a vibrant approach through the fine arts. I was excited to meet them and see how God was working in them but did not expect such power of the Holy Spirit working through them. I witnessed God revealing himself, healing, renewing, strengthening, and welcoming hearts back who longed for his mercy. Hype was simply a cup presenting living water to thirsty hearts. I was amazed by their talent but it was the hearts of the team that was the real testimony of God's power, grace, and awesome love. They encouraged me to be bolder in my faith and surrender my life to the only worth living for.
When I heard HYPE was coming to Okinawa I remember thinking "Cool they're going to do really awesome things here" But I WAY understated it. They BLEW my mind! The outreach and message was incredible and I can still see it working. I got to know a few of them personally and shared our testimony and I know for a fact I will never forget them! All in all they changed people here on this island and we will never forget it.
HYPE came to SHAPE belgium and it was realy nice to have them come visit it is a great out reach program. I love to dance and it was great to see that there was a Christian program touring around Europe and America. They did skits, told poems, did comedy, stomps and my personal favorite Dancing :P. Its something that brought excitement something to look forward to and id like to hear from HYPE agian. ;)
You have a great program! I loved watching what you did to inspire our teens. I love your new logo to!. Hey, I wont forget the 3 performances I watched in Okinawa, and how down to earth and honest, approachable you all are! Keep up the Great Work, you have something special in reaching our youth!!!!!!
