Effective july 2013, the articles of incorporation were amended to reflect a transfer of the board of directors and to change the name of the legal entity to h. O. P. E. Werner housing, inc. (the "entity"). The entity receives assistance under provisions of section 811 of the national affordable housing act. Such projects are regulated by the united states department of housing and urban development ("hud") as to rent charges and operating methods.
