The hospital provides direct healthcare services to the residents in the communities of ottawa county that include both inpatient and outpatient services including emergency services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Patients are accepted regardless of national origin, age, race, creed, sex, or ability to pay. In 2014, magruder experienced a total of 2,352 inpatient days, including 1,853 days to medicare patients and 70 days to medicaid patients.
