When I first started volunteering at Gulf Coast Kid's House (GCKH) about eight years ago, I had a basic knowledge of their role in the community. The more I volunteered the more I learned and the more involved I got. The people who work, and volunteer, at GCKH are amazing, dedicated, caring individuals. For the children and their families/or caretakers, they put 100%+ into everything they do to serve them. Even during this pandemic, the GCKH teams have found ways to ensure that every child who needs assistance receives it.
I worked with Gulf Coast Kid’s House on the Know Child Abuse campaign in 2020 and now have the honor of serving as a board member. Working with their team has shown me what a dedicated, compassionate and driven organization GCKH is. The work they do every day in service to the children and families of this area is incredible, and it’s making a real impact.
I will tell anyone I meet that becoming an Ambassador for the Gulf Coast Kids House is one of the most fulfilling and important things I have ever done. I served as an Ambassador for 3 years before joining the Board. Their mission and the work they do in our Community is truly incredible and I am thankful to be able to serve and educate!
I got involved with Guif Coast Kids House after I wrote stories about them and the children they help as a reporter for the Pensacola News Journal. When I learned how they transform the lives of our most vulnerable population, and how they support the families dealing with the fallout of child abuse, I knew this was one of the most important nonprofit’s in our area. I’ve been a supporter ever since. They do Hero’s work everyday under the most tragic of circumstances.
I have been involved with GCKH for more than six years. I enjoy working with their teams. They are all very passionate about the organizational mission and it shows in all aspects of their outreach. There is so much else going on behind the scenes that many people will never get to see! True superheroes that are helping families and children through difficult times every day.
We have been a supporter of GCKH since their opening. My husband saw the story about "Bobby" in the News Journal and we have been supporting them ever since
Very caring and loving staff who are here in our community helping children everyday! Having this type of facility all under one roof is a huge help for kids to not have to be taken to different agencies and to retell their story over and over again.
I am always willing to donate to GCKH because of their dedication to our children and their utmost professionalism.
I've volunteered with Gulf Coast Kid's House for about 10 years now. I've been fortunate to not be a client, but I've heard the testimonials of clients and I've watched staff work tirelessly to serve and inform the community about child abuse. You will never meet a team more dedicated to the safety and well-being of its community.

GCKH is an important organization in Northwest Florida run by a talented and dedicated (and small) staff who put kids and their safety above all else. While serving the Escambia County community, Gulf Coast Kid's House extends its outreach efforts beyond the local area with the From Blue to Better Campaign, which includes other CACs in Northwest Florida. They also aim to educate the public in big and small ways from seminars geared toward both children and adults and even sharing information via social media.
If you know me, then you know Gulf Coast Kid’s House has a major piece of my heart. I love the work I’m able to do there, our mission to fight child abuse, the amazing people I have the pleasure of working beside, and the opportunity to make a difference for children.

This is a fantastic group of people! Gulf Coast Kid's House is staffed with caring professionals who work tirelessly to raise funds for abused and neglected children. Their facility provides many services and professionals under one roof, creating a comfortable and safe space for abused children at their most vulnerable time. We at Casino Beach Bar and Grille will continue to support them in all their fundraising efforts, and we encourage others to do the same.
