Gujri Foundation provides financial support to many individuals and organizations in the US and Canada. But that is not what makes this organization unique! Gujri Foundation organizes Langar Seva in several villages in Punjab and in New Delhi. All of the needed materials are purchased from local vendors, prepared by locals and then passed on to the destitute and the hungry. In New Delhi, seva is divided into two functions: 1. Hot freshly prepared food (Poori – Chhollae and Soozi Parshaad) is served on a plate to the Sangat that stands in lines for hours waiting for it. 2. Packaged food (cookies, peanuts, gachhak, etc.) and fruit is distributed amongst the Sangat who does not step away from the Nagar Kirtan and continue on their march. Lots of school children that take part in the procession are served this way. Your contribution is 100% tax deductible. And rest assured that 100% of your contribution goes towards Langar Seva. Gujri Foundation does not use your contributions towards any administrative expenses. All administrative costs are paid for in full by one individual. Please make your check payable to: Gujri Foundation PO Box 1028 Vacaville CA 95696 To donate with a credit card please go to this link: https://www.networkforgood.org/donation/MakeDonation.aspx?ORGID2=51-0548079&source=GS&cmpgn=DNT&vlrStratCode=U9FMwB5LkNCtOSbKnoQYhHo9qnMcvxNaFYwQK1fBpgJ6M0AacNX9mM0VsUuqt4LV
