Mission: Growing hope through love is organized as a child welfare agency that maintains a child placing agency license through department of child welfare licencing and contracts with michigan department of health and human services to license foster families and relative families; place and supervise children in foster care, complete evaluations and placements, and supervise children and families through adoption.
