Mission: The mission of greyhound pet adoption northwest is to locate responsible, loving homes for greyhound that to qualify or longer qualify for the racetrack and to educate yhe public about the greyhounds, stressing their desirability as pets.
Programs: We acquire retired greyhounds from multiple racetracks and take care of any medical needs (including spay/ neuter and dental care). Then, we prepare them in foster homes to be adopted by applicants who are screened by our placement volunteers. In 2017 we arranged 115 adoptions of retired greyhounds.
