As an Air Force veteran, Grey Team has been a game-changer for me. After years of service, I struggled with transitioning back to civilian life and faced challenges with my mental and physical health.
From the moment I walked into Grey Team's facility, I felt like I was finally in a place where people truly understood what I was going through.Their holistic approach to wellness, especially their focus on mental health and fitness, was exactly what I needed.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about each veteran they work with. Whether it was personalized fitness programs, therapy sessions, or just having someone to talk to who gets it, Grey Team provided me with the tools and support I needed to reclaim my life.
Grey team has been extremely helpful in my progess to get healthier overall. From fitness information to just life advice. Definitely a good place where you need no filter and have good laughs. From organizing trips to a marlin baseball games to helping me out with a very expensive suit to go to their gala when I didn't have one. David is always there to listen to problems and offer solutions. Trish acts tough, but she does care for the vets. Cary is the nicest out of the group and always offer advice health or personal, even if he repeats himself, doesn't seem to bother him, if it's helping vets out. Gerardo is a great photographer and helps vets out with free headshots and is always there to help organize events. Overall Vets should try to get involved, this organization helps vets if vets are willing to help themselves.
My husband, a veteran who’s only 68 started seeing people that weren’t there. He ended up in a psychiatric hospital for evaluation. They told me that he had dementia and would never be any better. They drugged him up so much he couldn’t even walk and sent him home with someone else’s clothing, I knew that didn’t work like that and took him to a neurologist. Diagnosed him with Parkinson’s orthostatic, hypertension and multi system atrophy. Needless to say that was a lot a friend told us about Grey Team so I thought I have nothing to lose and would give it a try. My husband is not walking on his own but running thinking more clearly than ever enrolled in their boxing class and is doing great. I thought our lives were over as we knew it but, they just begun. Thanks to Grey Team now we can travel and enjoy our retirement.
If it wasn’t for all their state of the art equipment, Dedication to my husband, and to myself none of it would’ve been possible. They even have equipment. The VA hospital doesn’t have and it’s all free of charge to veterans!!!! I thank God I found The Gray Team and cannot recommend them enough!!
I am a retired disabled Air Force veteran with 27 years of service. As a result, I have many issues both physically and mentally leaving me broken, overweight, depressed, anxious and insecure. That is, until one day, my husband who is also a disabled retired veteran himself, was looking online for veteran services in out areas and came across the Grey Team.
All I can say is, HALLELUJAH! Everyone at the Grey Team is truly an angel sent from God himself because what they provide for us veterans, all free of charge, is immeasurable. Cary, the founder of the Grey Team along with David, Trish, Gerardo, John, Janet and Atlas give so much of themselves day in and day out to help as many veterans in S. Florida as they can.,
I wish Operation Phoenix, the veteran wellness program they created was available to all veterans in the US because it is unmatched to any other veteran program I have heard of. The technically advanced equipment that is available for us to use there is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. I literally cried after using the equipment on the initial day because for the first time in 10+ years, my back didn’t hurt. Since then, I am continually amazed at the relief I have received. My anxiety and depression has markedly improved, and the severe edema in my legs after a total knee replacement has virtually disappeared.
That is just the start of it. David’s nutritional counseling has helped me tremendously with my diet and receiving one-on-one personal training from Trish (watch out because she will make you work in the gym like never before) is providing me with a light at the end of the tunnel. I am still a work-in-progress but I am excited to get back to the fit, in shape woman I used to be.
From the bottom of my heart, I can’t thank the Grey Team enough for what they have done for me and my husband. The wonderful group of people at the Grey Team give tirelessly of themselves everyday not only in the wellness services they provide but the camaraderie as well.
Remember, they are a non- profit organization and rely heavily on the donations from the community.
Thank you and God bless,
Michele L. Charry, (Ret) USAF
First I would like to thank the Grey team for their dedication and selfless commitment to help veterans overcome the obstacles as they reintegrate from a military life to civilian communities. Many of us veterans after serving suffer from either physical and or emotional trauma that stays with us for the rest of our lives, I was so grateful to have found the community of brothers and sisters who were willing to put blood sweat and tears to ensure I was given the opportunity to benefit from the services they provide. From the president and founder to the front desk attendant they are a blessing to our community their kindness and compassion are sometimes unfortunately taken for granted by some. I personally feel privileged to have participated in operation phoenix and look forward to utilize and implement all the tools I was given to better my quality of life. I am specifically thankful to Trish, David Gerardo, and Cary for their willingness to ensure I was treated with respect and compassion. The camaraderie I felt from everyone at the Grey Team made me feel as I was part of the family. Thank you may God bless each one of you and the heartfelt work you do, I believe in your mission and will be one of your greatest supporter always.

Grey Team is an extraordinary nonprofit that truly saves lives. They stepped in during one of the darkest moments of my life and provided the support, understanding, and care that I desperately needed. Their dedication to helping those who are struggling is unmatched. Trish, David and Cary's compassion and professionalism created a safe space where I felt seen, heard, and valued. They didn't just provide assistance, they became a lifeline. I'm beyond grateful to Grey Team for being there when I needed them most. They didn't just help me, they saved me from myself, and for that, I will forever be thankful.
Two words "STAY AWAY."
It's unfair how they treat people.
I came to them four years ago and sought help and was turned away because I didn't have a car and that nasty lady said "this wasn't the time to ask for help."
There was this African American, think his name was dave, who tried to talk to me and encourage me but then some Asian/Pacific-looking lady came in and rudely interrupted us and told me to wait until she had time. That she was the bos and she makes all the decisions.
Bet she wasn't even a vet because who the hell does that. They should get rid of her because she will cause vets to join the statistics.
I was in a bad place and still am but I see they are doing so much for other who don't look like they need the help.
The founder Kary says he cares but where was the care when I needed it.
Luckily I found another group that actually gives a damn.
For those who are donating money, don't donate to this scam.
They are just like wounded warriors, they use the money for other things but help vets.
I have filled a complaint with the BBB and where ever I can get my voice heard.
This place is a joke. They don't take care of the veterans like they say they do.
Trish who works their is a narcissist. She doesn't place the same amount of care with all vets if it doesn't please her. I applied for their program three years ag o and they didnt accept me when they say the help ALL vets.
The only person worth there salt is David. He took the time to talk to me when I needed it but the others didnt bat an eye.
I hope they make the changes needed and actually help vets.
It is truly a great honor to volunteer for Grey Team in Boca Raton, whose mission to help elevate and support our precious military vets is being thoughtfully and carefully executed every single day. The unique holistic wellness program and state-of-the-art facility includes nutrition, mindfulness, fitness, photobiomodulation, far infra-red technology, a social support network, and much more... all designed to keep our vets mentally and physically fit and pain free without traditional medication. It is a winning combination of cutting edge technology and a caring and passionate team.
Sincerely,
Alan J Bauman MD - Grey Team Board Member & Medical Director

I am a paramedic/fire-fighting student who will be also joining the United States Army in 2021. Grey Team has provided me a space to train and prep for military service and community service.
In addition to being offered services at Grey Team, I volunteer in their fundraising community. Grey Team, it's staff, volunteers, and veterans all work together to solve one of our community's biggest issues, veteran-related suicide.
If you are a veteran look for services, please contact Grey Team so they may help you improve the quality of your life.

Grey Team offers an amazing facility to military veterans in South Florida so they can focus on mind, body, spirit and community. I am very grateful to have them as a resource in my home town.
Grey Team and all it's dedicated people are a huge reason for my improvements. All the modalities offered are tailored to my individual problems . From Trish, the Personaal training Director, to David the head of Admin has helped tremendously in all aspects The services offered to all the veterans here, are a wonderful example of what new and proven medical technology can do, when a group of incredible helping caring individuals apply what they know for helping so many who needs these services.
I am a 72 year old veteran. I earned two Purple Hearts while serving in Vietnam in a little known U.S. Marine, special operations unit called a Combined Action Platoon (CAP) from 1970-71. I live alone and have been diagnosed with PTSD, Ischemic heart disease from agent orange, TBI, lower back pain, spinal stenosis, golfer's elbow and had bilateral partial knee replacements in 2018. I met Grey Team Co-Founder, Cary Reichbach while participating in VA sponsored therapy session for veterans with PTSD. I can attest to the changes in my life since participating in the no-cost Grey Team wellness program. Trish Phan, a GTeam Personal Trainer (DI), has led me through workout sessions that have strengthened my body, invigorated my well being and motivated me to focus on creating a long healthy life for myself. Program Director, David Kirkland, guides me in pursuing a healthy diet and motivates me by supporting my endeavor to write my memoir, YEAR OF SURVIVAL, The Nightmare Life of a CAP Marine. I share pictures of my GTeam experiences with my wife and children in California. They are happy to know that I am rejuvenated, and excited to be with a new found family of patriots who truly care for, and love veterans.
By helping Grey Team members, I have truly helped myself to become more patient, a better listener, and a more compassionate American citizen.
