Now known as Community Crossroads Shelter, this nonprofit provides shelter for families and individuals who need a place to shower, sleep, and eat supper. I visit the shelter each month to provide story time for young children staying in the family rooms. Children are at the mercy of the adults in their lives. No matter the circumstance, every child deserves a safe , clean place to come to each night. The staff both paid and volunteer, are faithful to provide the best services possible. There, but by the grace of God, can any person reside.
