Stay away, they like to lie and gossip about people, plus falsely report how people perform because of trying to give suggestions, improve schools needs. They say they are their to support you but aren’t period. The staff is rude and tries to blame their subs for ongoing problems. There is really no teaching method at all. So new teachers are set to fail no matter how u do with the grades, instructional procedures and so forth. Plus, they like to judge way people dress.
More than 20 years ago, I was asked to join the Board of Trustees of Green Tree School & Services by a friend and colleague who was also on the Board at that time. Interested in being a part of the exceptional work GTSS was doing, I accepted, and I have been a Trustee ever since, even going on to serve as Chairman of the Board now for well over a decade. During my time as a Trustee, Green Tree has grown from a small Approved Private School to a multi-service agency with a strong Behavioral Health and Outpatient Services program. The organization’s unwavering dedication to children with special needs has remained steadfast. Green Tree School & Services is truly a special place, and I am proud to be a part of the organization.
My sister is a Green Tree employee--she works as an Autistic Support Teacher. I often hear about how hard the staff is working to serve the needs of those kids and families who really need compassionate, genuine, qualified, and dedicated guidance and support. Currently, all the employees at GTSS are working hard together to redesign and improve the structure, services, and opportunities the company has to offer in order to build the best programs for children who need them most in our local communities. Indeed, GTSS and its staff is sincerely dedicated to building a better community and providing great opportunities for children to enhance their lives in ways they have may never have thought possible without the help, support, and guidance from GTSS.
I never heard of Green Tree School and Service until a few years ago. Now, I am constantly hearing about the superb programs and excellent training that takes place in the agency. GTSS is an agency to watch---they have become one of the most talked-about company's that supports children and families while developing a competent and growing staff.

I learned about Green Tree School & Services through my girlfriend, a GTSS employee. A few weeks ago, I attended a fundraiser for the organization that was held in King of Prussia. At the event, after taking a brochure and reading about all Green Tree does to help kids in the Philadelphia area, I started to better understand the services they provide and how big a need there is to help those with special needs. I decided to chip in and help the organization. GTSS does great work within Greater Philadelphia and beyond. The organization believes, and actively demonstrates, that regardless of unique challenges and abilities, children should have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and realize their dreams. I truly cannot think of a greater nonprofit and am happy to help the organization in any way I can in the future!
As a special educator who has taught for over thirty years in both public and private settings, I am aware of the excellent work performed at Green Tree School & Services. I have often referred families to the agency for consultation and support. The impressive new facility has integrated their full spectrum of unique and quality services and will be a major asset in the community.

My daughter introduced me to the organization a few years ago, just before their relocation into a brand new state-of-the-art facility, and I was highly impressed with Green Tree's long-standing history of serving those most vulnerable, and the organization's clear vision of a brighter future for their students. I learned more about Green Tree School & Services (GTSS) when I volunteered at their Lasting Legacy Award dinner fundraiser in June, 2014. During the dinner I experienced the true magic of Green Tree. Over 300 guests were left spellbound following the musical performance by a GTSS student, a young woman who from what I understand, developed great skills and maturity at Green Tree School & Services. Since the dinner, I have had the opportunity to learn even more about the wonderful, professional services provided by GTSS, including their licensed Approved Private School, Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services/Outpatient Services and School Therapeutic Services. I would highly recommend Green Tree School & Services to anyone with a child with special needs who is looking to provide them quality care and education in a nurturing environment. GTSS truly believes that every child is unique and deserves the chance to reach their full and unlimited potential.
